Eure App ist das Letzte, was man hat programmieren können! Die Einbindung der Shelly Pro ist eine Katastrophe! Der Zendure App die Höchstgrenze einzustellen ist eigentlich keine Raketen Wissenschaft, funktioniert aber auch nicht! Ich frag mich nur, was ihr euch so einbildet, bei solch teuren Anschaffung von mehreren tausend Euro, solche App zu produzieren! Schämt ihr euch nicht?

Zendure Support verdient die Bezeichnung Support nicht ... Seit über 2 Monaten bearbeitet Zendure (wahrscheinlich eine KI) ein Ticket weil die Solarflow 1200 Steuerung nach erfolgtem Vollladen des Akkus die Solarstromzufuhr immer wieder unterbricht. Dadurch geht ein guter Teil der Solarstromerzeugung verloren. Das Ticket wird entweder alle 2 Wochen mit dem Argument geschlossen, dass ich nicht geantwortet hätte. Allerdings bin ich derjenige, der keine Antwort erhält. OK, den Hinweis dass die technische Abteilung an dem Problem arbeitet bekomme ich, scheint mir aber eine Textkonserve zu sein. Auch anrufen hat keinen Zweck, nach dem Hinweis das man verbunden wird bedankt sich die Stimme für den Anruf und legt auf. Für mich von vorne bis hinten eine Katastrophe. Daher kann ich die Zendure Systeme zumindest momentan in keinster Weise empfehlen.

Wenn man die Zählerdaten von einem IR-Lesekopf, wie Hichi, Bitschake usw. zum Beispiel per Mqtt nutzen könnte, wäre das System perfekt. So braucht man aber immer einen Elektriker der einem die die Geräte für die Stromverbrauchserfassung im Zählerschrank anschließt. So ist das Ganze nicht wirklich Plug and Play. Den Verbrauch über eine smarte Steckdose zu erfassen ist nicht wirklich befriedigend. Schade. 😢

I have two of these and they are full of software faults. The app reports incorrect readings and despite the latest firmware the system is still full of bugs. Customer support ignores all messages relating for these despite evidence provided. And before you all say... mine works and you don’t know what you are doing. I am a retired software engineer having worked for many years in this field.

I spent 4000€ on two of these systems with batteries. The solar hub and app are full of software faults despite frequent firmware updates. The systems require constant attention otherwise they either switch off or just drain the batteries flat. The app displays incorrect information and the hubs randomly shutdown or go into standby mode. Customer service is little help. The products are not fit for purpose.

Turn off and Hardware reset are the same and the differnce is only 4 sec. This should be improved, Zendure!

Important to know: If you have the security setting of WPA3 instead of WPA2 of your wifi network then it the SmartHub1200 isn't connecting with the zendure cloud, although the security protocol is on the market since 2018.

Good products but zero support. You are only put off for weeks. Try calling Zendure Germany. The Number is not avalible

You guys have great products. The customer service and responsiveness has killed your momentum. Lack of support for past projects and cancellation or limited availability for expansion items is beyond disappointing. I backed the Kickstarter. My unit runs ok but it came with the wrong software loaded and now I’m afraid of updates because of customer complaints about units being bricked by the process. Same with the original SuperBase Pro. You closed your office and are seemingly only available through email. WTH? Too bad. The hardware is solid but the software is a bit dicey compared to leading brands. Please do better. The unit is actually wonderful but it desperately needs refinement on the software side.

I purchased a Zendure. I have an offgrid system I built from scratch that works fine and is easy to work on. The first Zendure I could not get to work, Zendure help is not good. They did send a second unit. It does not work. You will lose your money and end up with nothing buying Zendure, imo.

Also der Zendure AIO 2400 ist an und für sich nicht schlecht. Jedoch bei dem Preis hätte man die Anschlüsse irgendwie von Innen verschrauben sollen. Die Knicken ab und lösen sich wenn man zu fest die Kabel ansteckt.Somit auch keine wasserdichtigkeit mehr vorhanden Und wenn man sie runter machen möchte kommt man mit dem Schlüssel so schlecht hin weil sie so verdreht sind und man kommt von vorne nicht bei. Irgendwie nicht langwierig die Sache. Einmal anschließen und nix mehr dran machen sonst macht man die Anschlüsse kaputt gemacht. Schade bei sonst so einen schicken Gerät

Hallo, ich habe auch meine Erfahrungen gesammelt und ich kann nur vom Kauf abraten. Ich habe auch immer wieder Mails geschrieben wegen der Rücksendung, irgendwann habe ich Labels für die Rücksendung bekommen. Meine Rücksendung ist schon vor vielen Wochen bei Zendure eingetroffen und ich habe bis jetzt mein Geld immer noch nicht zurück bekommen. Man wird nur vertröstet und es passiert nichts. Ich habe den kompletten Schriftverkehr, wo mir zugesichert wurde das ich problemlos meine Geld zurück bekomme. Ich werde jetzt alles an meinen Anwalt übergeben.

auch mein Gerät verbindet sich nicht mit dem WLAN; und der Support spielt tot. edit: könnte ein Problem mit meinem Samsung S10e gewesen sein; mit Hilfe eines Ipad hat die Verbindung auf Anhieb funktioniert, und jetzt funktioniert es auch mit dem Samsung. Wohl ein Problem mit dem scannen des WLAN auf Samsung/Android. Die App wirkt als sei sie on einem achtjährigen in seiner Freizeit programmiert worden. Die Anzeige der verbrauchten/eingespeisten Energie ist ein (schlechter) Scherz; irgendwie benötigen alle Dialoge 110% der Bildschirmhöhe sodass *jeder* Dialog gesrollt werden muss Die Einbindung des Shell 3EM ist mir bisher ein Rätsel ... richtig shlecht!

I bought the power flow and the 2 kW battery and I have 2 photovoltaic panels which make a total of 960 watts. I have many qustions : I can connect them to the PV HUB knowing that it will only input 800 watts maximum, is that right? Do the panels produce 900 watts for example, are the 100 watts that don't come in lost or do they go into the house? What does 1200watt output mean? is it from the battery that it comes out to the maximum?
